Pinhole Quilting Showroom Workshops
This is a fun, relaxed and enjoyable workshop creating a landscape quilt wall hanging.
Carolyn will teach a step-by-step workshop and each student is provided with a full kit of fabrics, textiles, yarn and embellishments.
Students will use layers of colour and texture to create a landscape which will include hedgerows, trees and foliage. Additional features will be added using free-motion stitching, embellishments and couching techniques resulting in a unique, textile wall hanging.
Once completed, Liz will demonstrate how to add binding using the Handi-Quilter long arm quilting machine, and students will take their completed wall hanging home ready to display.
This creative workshop requires no prior experience or artistic skills – just your enthusiasm and imagination!

For domestic machine owners please bring a free motion quilting foot. You will need to be able to drop the feed dogs on your machine(or stitch plate cover). A larger table would be useful.
